Planning
The key to any successful project starts at the planning stage. Global Project Logistics in conjunction with its client will devise a comprehensive plan of operation to ensure that the most time and cost effective schedule is implemented. As part of the management operation all work in progress throughout the time of the project is fully documented and continuous strategy meetings will allow for any unexpected variations from the original plan to be incorporated.
Health and Safety – Risk Assessment
In advance of, and throughout any project health and safety on site is of paramount importance. Global Project Logistics complies fully with all CDM regulations and as principal contractor will ensure that all the various contractors on site adhere strictly to the health and safety plan established. On all contracts the client is kept fully informed of the progress of the project and Global Project Logistics maintain accurate records of the work undertaken in order that the client is fully appraised of the time and workload undertaken thus ensuring complete satisfaction in the success of the project undertaken.
